Why I do this
I used to build websites. I hated it. Endless design revisions, clients changing their minds on colour schemes, months of back-and-forth for something that often didn't move the needle.
Along the way I built up a large portfolio of my own sites, and that's where I noticed the real pattern: speed was the thing that actually mattered. Not the design. Fast sites rank better in Google, they're increasingly what AI search tools favour when deciding what to show people, and they directly drive retention and conversion. Slow sites lose all three, quietly, every single day.
I realised I don't enjoy creating from scratch — I enjoy fixing. And there's no shortage of it: WordPress runs over 40% of the internet, and it has the worst Core Web Vitals pass rate of any major platform. More than half of WordPress sites are failing right now. In clinics and local service businesses especially, sites get built once and never looked at again — and the business pays for it in lost patients, every day, without knowing why.
That's the gap I fill. Not another redesign. A fix, backed by a guarantee.
